Hi! I’m Philipp. Most recently I went from 198lbs to 168lbs in 12 weeks. You can see my end result in the video.

I’ve tried a variety of diets in the past but only had success once I started reading scientific research which is very difficult to get through. I also didn’t put a lot of energy in making the diet easy to follow so it required enormous amounts of discipline meaning I often failed.

With Leanrr, Patty and I took state of the art research and designed recipes that were fun to cook and delicious. Being able to bite into a deluxe protein bar that tastes like chocolate or stuff myself with parmesan chicken made it extremely easy to follow and sustain. Our mission is to compress those learnings and make them available on Leanrr to as many people as possible.
